The room had stains on the bed and curtains, and the walls needed a good scrub. The bathroom flooded during showers, and there was noticeable mold. Central heating wasn't operational in the colder weather, and the breakfast ran out quickly, lacking necessary utensils and decent coffee. The spa facilities were poorly maintained, with murky pool water and an uninviting Turkish bath. The breakfast menu lacked clarity and resulted in extra charges despite it being included.

This hotel offers nicely furnished rooms with the balcony as well as a great view. The staff are really helpful and very helpful, everyone.
